Just Starting Out

I'm new around here. Just starting out. I had my surgery (RNY) on October 21, 2011.  I weighed 221 the morning of the surgery.  I now weigh 209.  I've lost 15 lbs so far.   I've done everything wrong so far and hope to get myself on track.  I eaten foods not on my diet and I'm not walking or exercising.  My first goal is to make it through 1 day of following my diet completly.  My second goal is to start walking 3 times a week.  These may seem simple but they are difficult for me.  I am so unmotivated right now it sickens me.  I have a great opportunity here and I am wasting it.  The walking will prove difficult at first as I require the use of oxygen.  I need help with motivation right now and lots of encouragement.  I am supposed ot be in bed sleeping and I'm up doing this.  I can't even get that right.  Sorry for such a negative attitude on my first post but that's where I am right now.
