Here's my story

Five years ago today...

 I made the switch. Since last year, I've lost an additional 90 pounds, which makes a total lost of 250+. I can't believe it. I'm feeling well, exercising daily and as active as I've ever been in my life. I'm grateful for a supportive family. I'm also thankful for so many friends who have journeyed with me through these past few years.
