I ordered a lot of protein samples from the vitalady and they just came today. All week I was sipping on Atkins shakes (15g), and today I tried the nectar carribean cooler (34g) with soymilk and YUMMMMY. I'm impressed. It was some kinda good. Or am I that hungry???
