So it's been 6 months and I can not say that I could have done this without the band. Saturday's are my weigh in days and this Saturday the scale said 199.5. I have come a long way. The lapband is definantly not an easy out. I have worked hard these past 6 months and I still have a ways to go. I am constantly learning my band and how my body reacts to it. Not quite a pro yet happy with the results. I haven't jogged daily as I would like to due to the heat, but I am still losing by sticking to the rules. I wasn't a believer at first, but patience, will power, and determination has carried me along this journey. Looking at my updated pics, I see what I wanted to be and where I am headed. After 6 months, I can honestly say, I am loving my band! All that glitters isn't gold, but I'm gonna shine
as long as the light hits me!!!!!!!! Until the next time......
