craving crunchy food - I find that I often want something crunchy. What's a good low carb food that will give me the crunch.

4 month post OP followup! - I had my 4 month followup today, down 79 lbs, vitamin levels are good, cholesterol is 129!!! It amazes me how much better I feel!
