Deciding which surgery!

So I am trying to decide which surgery would be best for me.  I am 242 lbs and recently married and we are looking to eventually start a family but my obgyn told me about weight loss surgery due to the fact that I never have a period and I am very overweight which is now causing some health concerns.  Not sure which surgery would be best for me?  I also have PCOS and am dealing with that as well.
