I am not doing a very good job of journaling my food intake.  I really need to get better at it, because I am having some issues.  I have started a journal several times and I am not good at it.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  I feel l

I am having a gastric sleeve procedure done on July 6th and I am on my 3rd day of my liquid diet.  

I had weened myself off of caffeine before being the diet in hopes of avoiding that headache while also going through the drop in calories.
