Fianlly, the day is almost here.

It's been a long struggle, the past two months.  Physical and emotional.  But finally I am scheduled for surgery on January 8! 

It's funny how these two months have gone by so fast and so slow at the same time.  Between the holidays and all the pre-op appointments, I can't complain about how soon my surgery was scheduled.  My doctor, the scheduler, my insurance coordinator and, of course, God really made it happen.  I really was getting to the end of my rope, but another life line was sent my way.  My usual way to handle difficult things is to retreat within myself and that's part of the reason I've posted so little.  Among all the new habits I will need to develop after the surgery, reaching out is on top of the list.  Thank you all for being a good resource.
