Weekly Update 01/22/10

Lost 2.5 this week for a total of 142.5.  I have 41.5 to go the hit my goal!  I can't believe I'm still losing at this rate--I believe it is because I now have so much muscle.  Did really good with the exercising this week-increased treadmill time to 45 minutes alternating running and walking.  Bought my first size 12 pants this week--I cannot remember the last time I wore that size-probably not since high school.
