Weekly Update 05/07/10

Weighed the same--I'm going to keep weighing on Fridays just to stay on top of it, but I'm only going to record it monthly now as it probably wont change much.  However, my body is still changing rapidly as my size 8 pants are now getting loose and I'm buying more size small tops/jackets.  I'm guessing it is all the exercise that is doing it--I've got good muscle tone now.  P90X is still kicking my butt--I was only able to do 45 mins of the yoga last night (up from 30 mins last week) but the whole workout is 1.5 hours so I've gotten 1/2 way thru it!!  I've decided I can't do the plyometrics as the jumping is too hard on my knees and causes pain...I'm either going to do the modified version or switch to the cardio DVD on that night.  Gonna do another 8-10 mile hike Sunday...it is Mother's Day and that is what I want to do afterall!!
