Loving the changes I'm seeing

So the scale isn't moving much the inches are falling off and I'm loving it! I posted a picture taken today of the change so far.  Actually my scale doesn't work so i can't weigh everyday and it's a blessing! The scale was driving me nuts. People are beginning to comment on the changes also and that's a great feeling.  I hope everyone else is doing well!
