5 Months and 70lbs later!

All is well.  i just celebrated homecoming and it was a great feeling seeing my old friends and feeling more confident about my appearance.  My lowest adult weight is 220 and I'm only 10 lbs from there and a mere 50 lbs from my weight when I graduated high school.  The journey has been amazing so far. I only hope I'm not done yet!

I didn't get a chance to take my measurements this morning but I'll do that this evening and post the info tomorrow.  I hope you all are doing well and taking care of yourselves.  until next time!
