Tomorrow starts a new chapter...any advice

Well tomorrow is my big day!  I'm excited and a ton of other feelings but ready for this change.  I've been making lists of what to pack, laying out my food, getting groceries for the kids and sitter and thought I'd pop on real quick.  I wanted to thank some of you for your help this far!  I know you all have other things in life to do as well but thank you for the questions you've answered and the support you have given me this far.  The start of this journey has been easier because I have you all to talk to.  Is there any last minute advice you can give me to better my hospital stay or first few days home?
