starting on a good note

well it's been just over a week now and I'm feeling good... actually great! I can only keep hoping to go in this direction.  Yesterday I pulled off my wedding band which doesnt seem big but I havent been able to do in 4 years.  So it was a positive feeling!  Now if my jeans would only get that way... I know time will happen in time. baby steps
