Weight coming off

Jun 06, 2011

Well the weight is coming off but it's not due to any diet. I can barely eat lately. Since the surgery, I have had to start over learning how to eat. I've gone back to drinking protein drinks most of the time. I'm not sure how much protein I am getting in and I know I'm not getting all of my liquids in. For some reason, it hurts to digest anything. It hurts to drink and to eat. It hurts to use the bathroom. It hurts to walk, it just hurts! I have my staples removed tomorrow. I can't wait because I believe it will be easier to walk. The staples pull so they make it uncomfortable to walk. I still have 5 weeks to heal and walk. I can't exercise until I get permission. I wonder what this is going to do for my goal. If I'm so close at 4 months, will I go too far and get really skinny by 1 year? Will I have to worry about gaining some of the weight back. As it is, I think I look sick. My family keep commenting on how skinny I'm getting. Me and skinny have never been in the same sentence. I think they are not used to me being smaller than 200 lbs. My husband has completely forgotten that 20 years ago when he met me I weighed 150 lbs. By the way, I finally weigh less than he does. I have never, in our entire relationship weighed less than my husband. I'm not sure how this is going to work but I pray that he get's used to it. We shall see.
