Shocked (and happy)

  Well I got up today after having checked the scale for the last two days at 271.. and low and behold it's 264.7 ! WOW... guess I was holding a lot of water or something ! BUT.. it definitely put a spring in my step today !
   My parents are still here helping out, but this morning for the first time since WLS, I was up, fed the kids, emptied the dishwasher, set the table and prepared brunch for family members that are coming to visit.   I still have no interest in food whatsoever,  but I will admit, making the coffee cake did give me a few whif's of heaven !!    Good memories, not temptation ! (at least that's what i'm telling myself)
