New requirements...

Since switching to a different medical group I have more requirements. Aug 28 I have to see pulmonologist. Sept 2 I have my first appt with PCP and they will send out the referral to be able to be seen by my surgeon. Sept 4 I go to see cardiologist. So Sept 4 all my requirements will be met. So we wait for referral to come back for surgeon and then that day surgeon can submit my request for surgery. I just hope this all goes smooth. I am so ready to get this surgery done and get on the path!!
