Today I start my liquid diet just trying to jump star my diet. I will be doing this for 7 day's and then on the Atkins diet until I know  when iI start my pre-op diet. I will Keep you all updated.

Well after trying for over a year now I have all my duck's in a row for surgery and will know some time this week!! I have quite smoking since Jan-1-2012 and I'm still not smoking to day!!! I'm back in forth for what I want to have, but probably will have the r-n-y. I still can not get off the pop, but I'm drinking diet pop so it's not like I'm drinking tun's of sugar, but also I know that it's not good for me and I'm working on it. Pushing more water and less diet pop. Really scared and  hoping for the best. Please wish me luck and pray for me.
