Hello every1...down 46 lbs!!!

Hope all is well....I am doing FANTASTIC.....I recently went on a family vacation to Disney & let me tell u....WHAT A DIFFERENCE....before I found myself going from bench to bench bc I just couldnt do the walking...well not this time....I felt great I had tons of energy & I was able to keep up with every1....I cant tell u how gratifying it was for a change to not view an event with stress & anxiety of how I was going to make it thru....

I've gotten 2 fills & am going to the dr today for a 3rd....I have to clean out my closet & get rid of some clothes that just dont fit me anymore....I got confidence back.....energy....this surgery changed my life....its amazing how u just adapt & accept turns in ur life almost defeated.....its a shame bc this is the only life we have to live & we ALL should be living to the FULLEST.....

Although I still struggle with the mental aspects of food addiction I have found healthy substitutes & really dont miss my old habits.
