Day 5 Pre-Op Diet...

Is much, much better!  I am still hungry, but instead of the hunger driving me, I am driving it!  I just had a stomach grumble... and I have another hour before my scheduled shake. So my stomach will just have to wait!  I am sucking down the water, so that will have to do... I AM IN CHARGE OF MY BODY--IT IS NOT IN CHARGE OF ME!

Yeah... let's see if that works!
