more tests?

December 14, 2010I've just about had it with, you need this test and that test and now an iron infusion and now a stress test and now endoscopy look around.
It was hard enough letting the people at the hospital poke, prod, pinch and ask me so many questions and tell me so much information I thought my head was going to start ringing. Then the ride home took two (2) hours due to the snow, ice and cold. Nothing like that to add to my anxiety. So, tomorrow morning 7am is my stress test and after that the iron infusion and after that one more Dr. appointment. Thursday is much the same way with the endoscopy and more papers to fill out.
I am wondering why I wasn't given a list of all the tests, procedures, how one would lead to another etc. when I announced I wanted my surgery? I'm too big to have fallen through the cracks! Thank GOD my personal Dr. was sifting through my chart since I wasn't told by the surgeon's office.
Ok I can quit complaining, I got it all off my chest!
