Wednesday Weigh In

OH family I'm sad to report today that I gained 2 pounds over the Thanks giving week...It's alitte hard to be in good cheer with the mess my marriage is in.......I pray that my body just sit tight at 249 for a while and not back up to 250 or more....I have not been eating more it's just the fact that the things that body will allow me to eat and not feel sick are the wrong things for my body. please pray for me.
