I lost my motivation

i cant believe i have not been on this site in over a year.... i have not lost much weight since i left... I'm now 225 and stuck... my live have change in so many ways since i left the site, go thing is i have not gained any weight... i really need to NO ! i have to lose 35 more pounds... if anyone can help me stay motivated... please feel free to sent me a message... or any encouraging words.
