What is goin on around here???

I havent lost a single pound in ten days I havent excercised either so I think that has to be it...because I am drinking and eating protein and water etc....I am depressed about it..and I keep trying to keep my butt off the dang scale but I keep getting on it behind my own back!!!! Ugggggggggggggggggggggggggggggh!  So anyways I just keep on keepin on and stop thinking that this isnt gonna work for me... It must be broken Or I blew it when I had a bite of something I wasnt supposed to ...ok a few bites.  the guilt is killing me!!!  Well I cant be the one that it doesnt work for oh please dont tell me that....
