Is it common to still have nausea 5 weeks since the surgery?  I am taking the anti nausea medication that helps for a time but it comes back.

I remember reading something on here about the 3rd week plateau.  I was hoping it wouldn't happen to me but here it is.  My protein intake is not as high as it should be and I am not sure if that has something to do with it.  Any suggestions or do I ju

I had surgery last monday and today is the first day I am not nauseous, yesterday I was able to drink 16 oz over the 24 hours.  Would you try the protein drinks next or broth?  I was a bit diheartened that the scale didn't move.

I am having the surgery soon and am anxious.  I don't know anyone who has had this surgery.  I have read a few books and a few posts but would appreciate any helpful hints.  Especially about what to expect right after the surgery.  I start liquids tomo
