My 1st cold since surgery :(

I woke up feeling like crap today and for once it has nothing to do with food or vitamins.
I caught a cold and it feels really wierd. I'm a bit worried that I will end up dehydrated during it.
My throat hurts so bad. ! had some yogurt, water and tea, but I feel so run down and very hungry!
I'm a little scared at this point. I don't want to have to go get an IV because of dehydration. I took some tylenol sinus and the pressure isn't too bad now, but my eyes are burning. I just want to sleep all day,
but if I do I can't get in my fluids...what to do? Geez! I guess I'm just trippin'. I hope this passes soon!
