Extra skin after the goal is reached.

I was just wondering if its possible to get rid of the extra pouch I'm going to have after I reach my goal without the surgery to remove it?. I see alot of before and after pictures and was curious if they all had to have the extra skin removed buy surgery alone.After 3 kids I have gained plenty in the lower tummy area and sure would love to have it begone..
