OOPS WHO FORGOT THIS ...HUMMM

Hello everyone its been almost 4wks since my surgery and its been a up hill climb for me, and now I finally know why. I have had no energy at all very little and in pain still to this day. One of my incisions has not healed well at all had drainage from it and finally as of Saturday afternoon I know why. I was in the shower and drying myself off and discovered something peeking out of one of my cuts, well I thought it was dry blood and went to wipe it off but nope it was something offwhite in color so I grab it softly and pulled gently and BOOM freaked out ...it was gauze I then screamed for my husband to come see to tell me I wasn't crazy..and sure enough I wasn't . I made my way to the ER and informed the nurse there of my surgery and all the trouble I was having and how the Doctor was informed of the draining and she told me as long as there was no redness a inch away from it things were fine. I let her staff know another time again and never got a call back from her, Only to find out she went on leave...Military hospital . Well they got me back to be seen by the ER staff and within no time I had 5 nurses surrounding me alone with my husband and asking my all sorts of questions. I let them know what was going on and then a head nurse...she was barking orders so I figured she was one. Well she came in and was holding tweezers and a small container and telling me she was going to exmaine my tummy. She then began to pull the object slowly and pull and pull and then it hurt..stung badly and I asked her to stop please ..she did just that and told me to breath as if I was in labor....lol OK then I said to her ok go and she pulled some more and BOOM out came the object ..and I broke down and cried only cause I thought I was doing something wrong from this cut to heal up all along my body was trying to tell me something wasn't right , and in shock that this was left inside of me and I had no idea. I been depressed , eating ..what eating and just plain not feeling myself at all. As this all was happening the nurses asked my husband to take pictures for ourselfs which he did . I see the Doctor on Sept 22 I have so many questions to ask her I can't wait to see what she saids.
