Liquid Diet

 Today is the first day,  and I drank one of those yummy orange creme bariatric advantage shakes and I was full till about 1pm .  wow that surprised me.  see if that works agian like that tomorrow.  So I went to work , then ran some errands.  its now 338 and iam feeling hungry.  maybe  I will have another shake?  had some chicken broth for lunch and a crystal light and lots of water .  so far  this isnt too bad but I eat more at night than in the day time so we shall see how I fare later today when my usual hunger starts.
