3 days no weight loss on pre op diet....

so I am following the diet ,  I know there has to be a swoosh in there somewhere.....  just started my cycle so very happy about  was worried i would be a bloody mess for surgery....    hmmmm what to eat for dinner one small meal trying to make em count.  maybe some turkey meatballs and 1/2 cup of spaghetti
