Getting back on track

I am down 104 lbs   weight is 234   I am going to loose this 34 lbs before my 1 year is up in Sept. that is my goal for now then another 40 lbs to be at my goal!!  I can do this just gotta get back on track ,  I have been on the road for 2 months now and its really throwing me off!!  I am not able to work out wth my trainer and the fiitness room here at the hotel was broke ,  how does every machine break???? any how they just got a new treadmill and eliptical yesterday so I did do 20 minutes there but was bored as hell today my goal is double that and planks and  crunches gotta get rid of this stomach., 

what else is new hmmmm  oh the pill seems to be working ,  no more periods from hell so that is good the last one was super light  and lasted 3 days   whooo hoooo   but i do get some highs and lows from the hormones but hey its better than bleeding like a someone just stabbed me 1000 milllllionnnnn times... lol

goal for this week is to eat what i am suppose to and count my calories.  when i go out to eat no cream sauce and perhaps try a salad or something less calories.  fish is always a good choice. 

 

size today is 14/16 depending on the cut of clothes.  I can do a 14 w but they are a little tight sometimes,  shirts L or XL  also depending on the cut I have broad shoulders and boobs still !!!
