Surgeon appointment

I should have known that there would be a problem since I met with the surgeon on Friday the 13th.  He found that half of  the old band is in me and he won't perform a surgery until it is removed.  He is very concerned that the end left in my body may be sharp and cause injury to other organs.  I've contacted the surgeon who originally put my band in to see what I need to do with him.  The rollercoaster of life is going down hill once again . . . .
