Time for another update. . .Went for my first post op visit this morning. I'm now down a total of 9.7 pounds in the first 11 days post op -- for a total of 14.7 pounds since July. I've also dropped a size since surgery.
All the incisions had healed nicely and the surgical tape is off. I actually get to go back to my water aerobics class Wednesday. WOOOHOOOO!! I was missing it soooo badly -- and my joints were letting me know. LOL!! I'm looking for some even better weight losses the next couple of weeks, getting to add back my water aerobics class.
Will be starting on Phase 4 now with the canned meats and pureed fruits and veggies. YAY!! More choices to play around and get creative with. More to come. . . (or, is that LESS? ) hehe
