I think I can, I think I can!

The little train said ''I think I can, I think I can'' - well I feel like the little train as I write this blog entry.

Every week I've weighed myself at work, same scale normally always on a Friday ''The beginning of my work week since I work the weekends.'' - I've had this ''I MUST be 145 lbs at 5 ' 7 '' idea in my head since before having surgery. I don't know why I've said 145, maybe the number just sounds good... Personally I think it's a mental fixation I have. The lower the skinner the BETTER. Well! After being on the scale two weeks in a row at the same weight basically only loosing a lb here or a lb there I can say I'm down 2.8lbs! Which means I went from 182.4 last week to 179.6 this week Which MEANS. I'M 29.6OZ from the weight I want to be! Hooray! I'm thrilled. I'm glad I'm not staying at the same weight or just loosing a pound here or a pound there. That I actually am loosing more then one pound a week. It's exciting. I'm happy!

 

I think I can, I think I can - actually reach my goal of 145 and I'll be thrilled. :) I'm so excited!
