5/2/12 Scales read 150.5 lbs - Down from 298 lbs ....the scales finally moved again.  whoohoo.  less than 20 lbs to goal of 131 lbs. Love to all on the journey. L

2/29/12 Leap Year Day- Scales read 155.9 lbs - It moved  ,,,, it moved!!!!! BMI down from 51.2 to 26.7....wonderful.   Reflux mostly under control as long as i behave.  LOL. Love to all L

1/30/12 Scales say 161 - it is a slow go lately so i upped my intensity in exercise.  Been getting dizzy alot more though.  Wonder if i eating enough....definitely drinking enough. Love to all L
