8 weeks out

Hello everyone! I am about 8 week post op. I went to see the doctor last week and have lost 54 pounds already...... I am wondering if that's average or below normal.........I feel alot better, yet still have days where I don't want to move..............a few things have made me not so well after eating them, but surprisingly have found other things to not bother me at all......i am open to any and all suggestion about protein.......
