1 Month Post-Op Lapband Surgery

Hey there friends!! I know the last time I logged on here way May but I have been working my butt off :) I managed to lose 45 of the 60 lbs by the time I had surgery. My surgery was approved in September so I just took the first date they gave me! I had lapband surgery on September 26, 2011 and have lost 20 lbs. My total loss thus far is 65 lbs and I feel awesome! I have 81 lbs to go for a goal of 145 :) This journey has been incredible and challenging at the same time. I have been pushing myself and really trying my best. My next goal after that is 200 so the tracker will change as time goes on. I'm going to do my best to log in here more often because I need support and I love to support others too.
