Day after the surgery

Ok, so sorry I skipped out on the last few days. I was feeling a little rough. Now I'm feeling great. I just had my surgery yesterday morning at 7:20. The surgeon and staff have been great. As well as my mother and my husband. I couldn't do it without them. I am feeling pain but it is definitely manageable. Though I'm sure once I am off of my drip today, it might be a little worse. To be honest the one thing that has hurt the most is the gas bubble or pocket of air that is in your stomach after surgery. It is very very very painful. Fortunately it is only temporary and walking really does help it go away. So anywho, just wanted to check in and let everyone kow how it went. I'm supposed to be released tomorrow. That will be great! Can't wait for my bed and couch. :) Well my eyes are crossing right now, as I just pushed the pain button before I started typing this. So, sorry if it makes about as much sense as a Dr. Suess book. :) Talk to you all soon! Love ya.
