Dr. Rohrer seemed like a very knowledgeable man and answered all my questions. I feel he is more than qualified to perform my surgery. I happen to be a transcriptionist at the hospital he performs many WLS at and thus have a good idea of his success.

Hello, My name is Lynn and I love food to death... It has been too close a friend for too many years. I have been overweight since high school and I am currently the heaviest I have ever been. I have lost weight in the past and kept it off for awhile but then I always gained it back. Just a giant yoyo.... I am tired of the yoyo and I have decided I needed a tool that would hold me accountable for the rest of my life. Like any tool, you have to learn to use it properly and take good care of it. I plan to do this. I have been studying on laparoscopic Roux-en-Y procedure and have decided this is the best choice for me and my obesity.

13 pounds to goal

I am in shock. As of this morning I am 163 pounds, only 13 pounds from goal weight. WooHoo!!!! I feel amazing even if I just had my gallbladder out 3 days ago. I can't wait to get to goal. I will weight in again tomorrow and the next day to be sure the scale still says 163 before I believe it is true.

When I weighed in at the hospital on Friday it said 163 but at home the day before and all weekend I weighed 167, but today it said 163. I hope, I hope it is true.

Zip line news

Found out when we were up at Big Mountain golfing that next year they are putting 4 or 5 zip lines up. I can't wait. I gotta try this. I don't do heights to well but it is something I just gotta make myself do.
