What can you eat?
on January 15, 2010 9:30 pm
This comes up all the time. How much can you eat? I can eat this much -- is that normal? So I started a project to record what I can eat. I took pictures of my meals and snacks when I remembered over a two month period. I did this at about 10 months out, but I eat about  the same now. So I consider this a good record of what I can eat now and forever.

I'm on a bunch of WLS boards and most of them have blogs so I decided to just have one blog and make people come to it instead of posting my thoughts all over the place.
