I can't seem to get my life back on track! I am still with Marc, I am still over eating and overweight. I joined a gym and I have a meeting with a trainer tomorrow morning. I need help in planning meals. I know what I am supposed to do but when I start to do it... Marc jumps in and its all messed up. I keep telling him to cook for himself, buy his own food and if he wants to snack do not ask me if I want any. I know ...say NO but I guess I am too depressed at this point to do what is good for me. At this point I just hope my system will still be able to lose the weight I need to ..
