Mini Goals

 Jaxmom brought up the idea of mini-goals on the forum today and that makes me say hmmmmm.....

This is a good idea, but one I have never excelled at, I am so obsessed with the scale some times it is hard for me to set up mini goals that are not scale related. Oh, I can tell you in a heart beat what my

Mini Scale Goals 
**3/31/2010 199- oh to be in onderland (the scale is playing with me at 200.2)
**5/24/2010 179 - to be "obese" again
**7/20/2010 165 - the weight I was at on Phen-phen and when I went skiing last time and was not exhausted
153 - to be "overweight"
137 - the weight my driver's license says (yeah right why do they not make you update that, I lied 20 years ago when I put it there)
127 - to be "normal"
125 - a weight I never remember being
115 - my goal weight according to the charts


Non Scale Mini Goals (a work in progress list)
**4/28/2010 To be able to wear the XL shirt that the band ordered me instead of the XXL when we go on the trip 5/13
**May 2010 To be able to comfortably wear my size 18 jeans all day
**April 2010 To be able to run (any amount at all, without a child screaming for help)
**May 2010 To be able to walk up the stairs at school without sucking wind
**7/18/2010 Run a 5K in under 45 min
**6/15/10 To Be able to shop in Misses instead of Womens
To Wear single digit clothing
