Surgery in Two weeks!!

I got my pre surgery packet today.  With details on the pre surgery diet, admission procedures, co payments etc.  I can't believe that I'm only about two weeks away from changing my life forever.  I am so ready to get my health back on track and get my life back! I know its going to be hard work but I have educated myself and I feel ready for the challenges. I have my family and friends supporting me 100%  I'm not nervous at all. I think that will come closer to surgery, like the night before, lol.  My fifteen year old is worried about me. I keep telling her that this surgery is much more common and safer than it was when it first was developed.  I have answered all her questions. In the end, I am her mother, she doesn't want anything to happen to me.  I understand her concerns.  Hoping all goes smoothly and there are no complications.
