18 months and down 110 pounds i have gained some back but then i get back to basics to get back tomy goal weight. tought but not as bad as before the surgery. bothers me when people say  so what  whats  five pounds  they do not understand that five becomes ten then fifteen and so on very easily i need to stay on track!
