OWNING GOAL....

Once I got to goal ...I decided to OWN IT ... and not let it go... I am making that my motto ... OWNING MY GOAL ... I worked hard to get there and I am NOT letting go .... five co-morbidities in remission and no longer mobility impaired I am rocking my journey in maintenance 6 years and 8 months as if today was the very first day .... because each today is a new beginning for a successful day every day ... as I trip an fall sometimes I KNOW success is in getting back up and back on track ... and again OWNING MY GOAL ... it is mine and I OWN IT.

Today I had awesome fun as I was shopping in my closet for a dress for church tomorrow ... I was looking for a jacket .. not too heavy and not too light for the weather when I came across two tiny jackets that I wore last 3 years ago ... and decided to put them on today for an awesome fit still ... can you imagine? Wilson's leather is not even is this area any longer and I can't even remember who gave me this jacket at the beginning of my journey and me laughing and telling my 4-5X size self back then 'wishful thinking' and in less than a year I was in it ... today I am 6 years and 8 months post op ... wearing the very same jacket for an awesome fit... IT IS MY GOAL AND I OWN IT....

This company is no longer in our area even but I am rocking this jacket and loving it and keeping even if it is 'old' my journey will be for-EVER new ... nothing is getting old here .. not even me LOL (age talk to the hand please LOL)

then I found another number ... my red XS Moda International jacket that if memory serves me right I wore last at a meet and greet and Karaoke with some OH friends and had a very fun night with Bear and others ... I wore this jacket back then in 2010 and here is a picture from that night... Me and Bear in 2010 he is an AWESOME, HANDSOME, PLEASANT and EXTREMELY NICE/COOL OH Member....

and three years later today I get to rock that very same jacket for the VERY SAME FIT ... I OWN MY GOAL ... and I plan to continue to...

I took this picture this evening and collaged it with my before above and I took one holding my awesome toy poodles who love anything red ...

On Friday I donned my lace front again and went to work after rocking my short cropped hair for the past two weeks I was ready for a change ... for a few days anyway.... I sat at my desk and had an awesome bfast on break with blackberries, raspberries and cottage cheese... YUM ... I love living healthy and enjoying it ... I OWN MY GOAL....

and now I am relaxing for the night having found an awesome Size 2 RL dress and badarse shoes to match to wear tomorrow and I STILL did not find the jacket that I am looking for yet ... may have given it away who knows ... and my awesome DD made fresh pumpkin/protein mini muffins and I enjoyed a few with the best drink in the whole wide world WATER ... forget the bottle brand I just keep refilling it LOL... DELISH....

Waiting for my DD to set up the gym for an awesome workout....

This is a goofy thread ... as I share snippets of my journey ... one day, one choice at a time ... I am embracing joy ... and just making it happen to me ... when at goal ... OWN IT!!!! I DO ...
