A special day indeed....

Today 11/5/2013 is my monthly anniversary post gastric bypass surgery .. I hold morbid obesity and its related diseases under my feet ... 6 years and 9 months FREE of ALL obesity related diseases... health and mobility for quality of life ... WOOT! YUP ... I AM CELEBRATING ME .... MYSELF AND I ... 

This morning before getting dressed for work I tried on my gown that I will be wearing to an event over the weekend .... a size 1/2 non-stretch fabric with room to spare.... and YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY IT IS MADE IN THE U.S.A. 

Down from a Size 4-5X darn right I am celebrating me ... each day .. each choice ... I am enjoying my moments...

I find much encouragement in the kind support of the many as well as I am flattered and further encouraged to do well by those who find annoyance in my sharing PERSONAL SNIPPETS of my WL journey.... it is all good...

Thank you OH for allowing freely the space to share and to encourage at least one other including myself ... that the road is not easy but it is certainly is worth traveling ...I personally have so many to thank on here who went before me and whose journeys I followed and was inspired by as I hoped for the same for me ... and now that I have it  I am keeping my eyes on the mark ,, I am where I want to be ... 203 pounds lost for 6 years and 9 months today ...WOOT!!! HAPPY MONTHLY SURGIVERSARY TO ME!!!!
