2 WEEK FOLLOW-UP

Well I had my 2 week follow up and Staple removal 17lbs GONE. I must say this has been wonderful so far for anyone reading my story that is pre-op it is SO WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!! but, you must folllow your surgeons orders to suceed. I found out yesterday that I don't dump on sugar (I accidently ate Dannon yougurt regular with 25grams of sugar in it) I had almost eaten the whole cup before I realized it.
