going on 9 weeks

I am 9 weeks today I have lost 35 lbs and 4 lbs to be in the 100's WOW I can not believe it I fit in a a szie 16 jeans (not they are strech).  I feel good I have stepped up my exercise.  Anyone can do this!!! You just to have faith and determination.

I will be at 1 month tomorrow.  I have lost 23 lbs.  I have hard time with some food but for the most part it is ok.  Sometimes I forget and drink to much water or eat to fast and I really pay for it with the foamies. yuk!!  I am 15 lbs away from what I weighed in high school.  That was 33 years ago.  Amazing.  i am walking I am up to 3 miles walking.  I was a big walker prior to getting surgery.  I feel so different it is strange but great at the same time.  I can not wait for more results.

Loser Bench

For So Long I have read on this web site and I can finally say I have crossed over the loser bench.  It has been long and trying but I feel great.  I have lost 14lbs since surgery Off to the Doctor on Monday!!! Csn not wait.  Each trip is 4 hours one way.  Back to work on Tueday but feeling great.
