I know it's hard, but you can do it!
- Make a list of what you hated about being obese
- Make a list of what you liked about being healthy
- Make a Plan
- Go back to basics.
- Start journaling on "My Fitness Pal"
- Put Protein first
- Skip Refined Carbs
- Drink plenty of water
- Don't forget Vitamins
- Start exercising even if it's just a short slow walk at first
- Keep coming back here for support, even if it's just reading posts
Now get back in the game and remember, the journey starts with the first step.
