We saw a great thread with a reply by OH member Kat Kat to another member about getting back on track/regain so we wanted to share it with everyone on our blog.  Thanks Kat Kat!!

I know it's hard,  but you can do it!

  1. Make a list of what you hated about being obese
  2. Make a list of what you liked about being healthy
  3. Make a Plan
  4. Go back to basics.
  5. Start journaling on "My Fitness Pal"
  6. Put Protein first
  7. Skip Refined Carbs
  8. Drink plenty of water
  9. Don't forget Vitamins
  10. Start exercising even if it's just a short slow walk at first
  11. Keep coming back here for support, even if it's just reading posts

Now get back in the game and remember, the journey starts with the first step.
