Still Goin Strong!!!!

When I started this new lifestyle, I decided that I must set a goal but also that I must set smaller goals in between. My big goal was to be 298 lbs by Feb 24, 2013......my smaller goals have been in 5 lb increments......that's actually made it fun......I like seeing how close I am to the next goal every week................at this point 22 lbs is GONE FOREVER!!!! I've decided that I am NOT losing the weight, cause when you lose something you tend to find it, and the weight is not what I want to find again.
My days seem long but they are so worth it!!!!! Up at 5 AM, at the gym by 6 to meet my workout buddy. Workout til 7 then shower and get ready for work. Get to work, put on my make up and finish getting ready for my day. I clock in by 9:30 AM and out by 6:15 PM then home to fix my breakfast and lunch for the next day. I also do laundry and get my gym bags ready for the next day so when I wake up, all I have to do is eat a little something, dress for the gym and be on my way.
I am certainly NOT a morning person. However, I've noticed since starting this back in Sept.... Wednesday is the off day for working out during the week and by the end of that day, I feel crummy............but on the days I work out, by the end of the day, I still have energy and feel great!!!!! Same for weekends since those are off days.
I work 7 days a week and still find time to workout!!!! Thank you Jesus for giving me the energy and life to do this. I feel so much better and can't wait to see more and more results.
